I was recently asked to make cookies for a sweet little girl’s first birthday. The birthday theme was a “picnic party.”  I made 4” ladybug sugar cookies, shown here.  Oh my gosh… these cookies were so fun to make!  The parents who planned the party thought of everything! Seeing how much love they have for their children and family are the moments that really make me love my job.

Food was catered by @MkCaters and there was even a picnic ladybug cake created by @ChocoSwirlNYC .  I’ll post more pictures once I get them.

I was recently asked to make a Pink Ombre cake for a colleagues daughters 4th birthday.  I cannot describe how much fun this was to make!!

Pink is my favorite color and this has to be my most favorite cake I have ever made.  The cake is frosted in decadent Swiss Meringue Butter Cream and layered with four layers of spongy pink cake.

*I did not take these photos, they were emailed to me…photographer is unknown.
